We are sad that you have to lodge a complain
We have a dedicated customer support team for all your grievances or issues arising out of association with us.
While we strive to do our best to serve you, sometimes, there are gaps and deficiencies in the product or services because of which, our customers may be unsatisfied or have some grievances. To address such grievances, guest are requested to follow the following procedure to lodge their complaints:
Step 1: If you have any grievances, you are requested to contact our customer care number +91 84488 56696. We shall try to resolve the issue there at a go. But if we are unable to do so, you shall be given the complaint no and time required to resolve it.
Step 2: In case your grievance is not resolved in the time frame provided in the above step, please lodge a written complaint through the grivances form below and provide us 2 working days to resolve it.
Step 3: If even your grievance is not resolved at step 2, we request the customer to forward the complaint and subsequent e-mails exchanged between all the parties to the office of the Chief Customer Experience Officer and to the office of the Chief Executive Officer, the mail id for which will be notified to you after you lodge a complaint at step 2.
We, at Interioverse, take customer review, satisfaction and complaint extremely seriously. While we stand with and support our employees and service partners strongly, we initiate prompt and appropriate action including warnings, suspension without pay and/or termination of employees and service agreements with partners in case any deficiencies is detected in the services provided to the customers.
Customers are therefore requested to consider the consequences to the parties and exhaust all the options before proceeding to step 3.
